About the Owner & Inspector

My name is Charles Long, owner of TrailEnds Home Inspections LLC. I bring nearly 30 years of hands-on construction experience to every inspection — starting out framing houses at 15 years old and working my way up to plumbing hospitals and large commercial facilities.

While most of my career was spent in plumbing, I’ve worked around every phase of the building process. From foundations to roof systems, I understand how homes are put together because I’ve built, repaired, and worked inside of them for decades. That real-world experience gives me a practical, trained eye for details.

At TrailEnds Home Inspections LLC, my goal is simple: give you clear, straightforward information before you invest, so you can move forward with confidence. I don’t believe in competition — there’s enough work out there for everyone. I believe in integrity, thoroughness, and treating every client the way I’d want my own family treated.
